MIAMI, FL — August 29, 2026 — Gustavo “Cuban Assassin” Trujillo added another highlight to his bare-knuckle résumé Saturday night, stopping former BKB heavyweight champion Mick Terrill with a vicious body shot in the second round of the BKB 58 main event at the James L. Knight Center.

Terrill accepted the championship opportunity on short notice and came forward aggressively from the opening bell. The British heavyweight attempted to pressure Trujillo and close the distance, but found himself walking into sharp punches during the exchanges.

With the second round winding down, Trujillo landed the fight-ending blow, connecting cleanly to Terrill’s body and sending him down. The stoppage came at 2:29 of Round 2, giving Trujillo his ninth career bare-knuckle knockout while preserving his perfect 9-0 record.

Trujillo’s BKB Heavyweight World Championship remains firmly in his possession. The title was presented to the Cuban knockout artist by former heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury.
