- Headlining the card will be the long-awaited rematch between two of the most accomplished bare knuckle fighters on the planet when BYB two-division champion LT “Smash” Nelson defends his BYB Super Middleweight Police Gazette Diamond Belt against Birmingham, England’s James “The Truth” Connelly. The fight is a rematch of their BYB 19 championship fight that ended in a draw and went on to be named the 2023 Bare Knuckle Hall of Fame Police Gazette Fight of the Year;
- In the co-main event, Argentina’s Walter Saravia and St. Louis, MO’s Javon Wright will battle for the vacant BYB welterweight championship;
- Two of bare knuckle’s hardest-hitting former world champions are set to collide when former Police Gazette Diamond Belt holder Jarome “The Hatchet” Hatch (Orem, UT) welcomes Swansea, Wales’ former 2x BKB world champion “Lionheart” Daniel Lerwell;
- 21-6 Cuban professional boxer Yuniesky “The Monster” Gonzalez makes his bare knuckle debut Chicago’s Martez “The Maniac” McGregor;
- One of the most experienced MMA fighters on the BYB roster, Nate “Teddy Bear” Williams, takes one of the most experienced pro boxers on the BYB roster, Chaise “Pretty Boy” Nelson.

- Albuquerque’s Cole Griego makes his bare knuckle debut against Mexico’s “El Diamante” Carlos Guerra;
- Duke City heavyweight Cody East looks to remain undefeated when he goes against another undefeated heavyweight, Dylan Rush;
- Albuquerque-based Nickolas Whitmore will make his bare knuckle debut against Giovanni Rosales;
- Local Henry “Boom Boom” Barahona will face Matthew Maestas in a middleweight matchup.
