Today I spoke with Scott Anderson, Chief Clinical Officer of SyncThink. According to Mr. Anderson, the “company has been in talks” with both the Boxing and MMA industries. He is “very optimistic” that their device, the EYE-SYNC® will be put to use some time in the future, especially now since Mixed-Martial Arts is slated to become an Olympic Sport in 2024. Mr. Anderson explained that legislation and clinical training are required to use the device. When it comes to legislation and boxing, we can only remain optimistic and hope that common sense prevails.
