Bryce Henry Headlines Fists of Fury on October 11th

Boynton Beach, FL. The Heavyweight Factory’s Fists of Fury series returns to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Friday, October 11th with an explosive card featuring some of South Florida’s finest pugilists.  

The main event features a clash between Yoneli Hernandez (5-0, 5 KOs.), a former Cuban amateur standout who won gold in the 2021 AIBA World Boxing Championships and is the current WBA Continental Americas and WBC Fecarbox champion, and Bryce “Baba Yaga” Henry (7-0, 5 KOs). Hernandez, fresh off a first round TKO victory over Jose Sanchez (25-5-1) on last month’s Canelo vs. Berlanga card, will have his hand’s full with the 6’3” challenger. Bryce Henry is known for his ring presence, punch accuracy and knockout power in both the squared circle and bareknuckle boxing, where he holds a record of 4-0 with 4 KOs. 

Another South Florida favorite, Aaron “The Alien King” Aponte (9-2-1, 2 KOs) will face Lester Madrano (16-17-3, 9 KOs) of Nicaragua in an eight rounder in the super lightweight division.. Aponte, who turned pro in 2020, was also a top ranked amateur and has a large fan base in this area. His stablemate, undefeated Armando Martinez (11-0, 10 KOs) will, face D’Angelo Keys (18-4, 11KOs ) for ten rounds at lightweight. 

Rounding off the card are the undefeated Yan Marcos (11-0, 7 KOs) vs. journeyman Luis Solis (26-20-4), 8 rounds at super lightweight, and four rounders Esteban Mussio (3-0, 3KOs) vs. Carlos Gaston Suarez, and Montaser Aboughly (3-0) vs. Diego Perez (13-18-2). Mussio thrilled fans with a second round knockout at this promotions last event which took place on August 23rd, while Aboughly took home a UD win that same night.
