Philadelphia, PA (July 5, 2022) Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), The World’s Fastest Growing Combat Sports Promotion, announced today the signing of former UFC Star
Felice ‘Lil Bulldog’ Herrig to a multi-fight promotional contract.
“BKFC is very excited to announce this major signing today,” said David Feldman, President of BKFC. “Felice was one of UFC’s most popular fighters during her eight years with the company and now sees an opportunity to succeed in bare-knuckle fighting. We have a wealth of talented and tough female fighters and look forward to watching her compete in the squared circle.”
“As we continue our fast-paced growth, BKFC will always look to add talented fighters to our roster,” continued Feldman.
Said Herrig, “I’ve watched closely what Dave and his Team at BKFC have built and truly want to test myself in bare-knuckle fighting. At this point in my career I’m ready for a new challenge and there is
nothing bigger and better than BKFC.”
Competing as a strawweight (115lbs.), the Chicago area native Herrig amassed an MMA record of 14-10 (5-5 in UFC) and also competed in Bellator and Invicta FC including victories over Alexa Grasso, Cortney Casey and Kailan Curran.
Herrig also battled current BKFC star Paige VanZant in 2015, losing a very hotly contested unanimous decision.
